This Cookie Policy explains how ConsuStay uses cookies and similar technologies on the Platform. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, software development kits (SDKs) in our mobile apps, and local storage. We refer to all of these as “cookies.”

4. Cookie duration

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period or until you delete them. Durations vary by cookie and provider; details are available in our cookie preferences tool.

5. Your consent and choices

When you first visit, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies through a consent banner. You can accept or reject non-essential categories, and change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences tool on the Platform. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. For Users in Mexico and elsewhere, we obtain consent for non-essential cookies as Applicable Law requires.

6. Managing cookies in your browser and device

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings and manage app tracking through your device settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Platform from working. We honor recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where required.

7. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new effective date.
